    Chase Center

    Home to the Golden State Warriors, the Chase Center is a state-of-the-art sports arena and event venue that was one of only five NBA arenas that have achieved LEED Gold certification or higher to date when completed in 2019. Learn more.

    Presidio Tunnel Tops

    Presidio Tunnel Tops revitalizes the Presidio of San Francisco and creates a must-see, national park destination for San Francisco’s diverse community and visitors from around the globe. Targeting LEED Gold and ReScape certifications, the 14-acre project showcases best practices for sustainable buildings and landscapes while creating a place that evokes the Presidio’s natural and cultural history and welcomes all, serving as a new high-performance community hub.     The Village SF Wellness Center

    The Village SF Wellness Center will serve as a cultural and social service hub for Indigenous people. Sponsored by Friendship House, the oldest and largest Native-led organization serving American Indians in San Francisco, the Wellness Center is part of a Native community-led initiative that seeks to transform environmental, social, and economic injustice into green infrastructure development, cultural visibility, and community-wide prosperity.     San Diego County Zero Carbon Portfolio Plan

    Subject to funding, San Diego County’s ambitious new Zero Carbon Portfolio Plan aims to achieve a 90% reduction in operational carbon across the County’s 1,000+ building portfolio by 2030, which will be achieved through a combination of energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, onsite solar, community choice power purchasing, and building electrification projects.     Uber Global Headquarters Mission Bay 3 & 4

    Mission Bay 3 and 4 of Uber’s Global Headquarters is one of the largest dual LEED and WELL certified projects in the world. Featuring massive outdoor terraces with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay, maximized daylighting, low-emitting materials, a culinary program with produce from onsite gardens, and extensive wellness spaces, Uber’s new Global Headquarters has set the path for the next generation of healthy buildings.
