What led you to the A/E/C industry?
During my time in college, I developed a strong interest in the A/E/C industry. As an Environmental Science major, I specialized in toxicology and sustainability, which sparked my passion for this field. This initially led me to a career as an environmental scientist and planner, but I have since transitioned into the role of a Proposal Manager at a landscape architecture and civil engineering firm, where I have been employed for the past six years.
Why did you join SMPS?
With a technical and scientific background, I decided to join SMPS as a platform for enhancing my marketing skills in my new role. SMPS has continuously offered a dynamic learning environment with various resources, such as round-table meetups, networking events, the marketing journal, and online learning opportunities.
