We are thrilled to announce the Masters of Ceremonies for the upcoming Topaz Awards on June 13, co-hosted by the SMPS San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Chapters. This prestigious event celebrates the remarkable achievements of marketing professionals in the design and building industry. As we host and celebrate our SMPS community, the evening’s festivities will be led by our two chapter presidents, Hillary Boden and Justin Nagy.

With a diverse background from leadership and operations management to direct marketing and now business development, our co-emcee Hillary brings both expertise and skill to this year's Topaz awards show. Expect everything from sass to sentiment as well as serious commentary and thoughtful acknowledgement as she and Justin highlight this year's award winners.
Hillary has over 10 years of professional experience working in many capacities, from materials laboratory to strategic planning, and no detail is insignificant. In her role at Mark Thomas, Hillary thrives in the fast-paced, multi-disciplined team she supports, driving pursuits, building strategic teams, and winning the work that propels us forward.
This year San Francisco and Sacramento have joined forces to cover the Topaz awards, and just like our ambitions, our business has no boundaries. Together we celebrate the talent, perseverance, and innovation of Northern California's best in the business.

As a self-identified proud marketer with 15+ years of A/E/C industry experience, Justin has a keen eye for the finer points of a good cover letter, clean collateral piece, or multi-channel awareness campaign. He has previously served as a Topaz Awards judge and is a former MCA award winner. Outside of SMPS, Justin leads marketing at Stok with a strategic and analytical approach that helps the team deliver their message consistently and with conviction. By leveraging data and optimizing processes, Justin ensures Stok's professionals anticipate and deliver on evolving client needs, pursuing opportunities that make a positive impact on clients and communities. His innovative mindset and leadership skills have been pivotal to the success of the SMPS San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
