    The Shortlist 2017 Q3: Experience Marketing

    Our 2017 Q3 issue of The Shortlist is called "Elevate the Experience" and discusses our theme for the 2017-2018 year: “Experience Marketing.” The issue has the first message from our new Chapter President, Nicole La, and introduces the 2017-2018 Board Members. Also, we include a calendar with descriptions of all of our proposed programs for 2018. 

    Articles include Melissa Moulton’s interview with upcoming speaker Josh Miles on the “War For Talent.” Katelyn Suprenant provides an insightful article on Client Care, and Erin Clinch provides a review of the AIASF Next Conference. Along with these articles, we also have our regular features, including our news feature known as The Network, a list of new members, and Spotlight articles on both a new member and a committee member. 

    As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions about the Shortlist. If you're interested in contributing an article for a future issue, please let us know. SMPS SFBAC is a volunteer-run organization, so we need and welcome your participation!
