* Attach a statement of commitment to participating in SMPS SFBAC committee activities for the 2025-2026 program year (January 1 – December 31)

* Attach a statement of support for involvement in SMPS from your employer (Note: With this letter, your employer firm is stating they support and endorse your participation with SMPS SFBAC including your attendance at events and programs (both virtual and in-person).

* Please provide one reference, preferably a current SMPS member: (Include name, number, email, and whether if this individual is a SMPS Member)

Eligibility

Scholarships are open to new or renewing members of SMPS SFBAC who demonstrate a commitment to active chapter involvement. Current SMPS SFBAC members must be in good standing with the chapter.

Selection and Notification

Membership committee members may call applicants for clarification of submitted information.

Applicants will be notified of scholarship award and will be directed to pay their national dues and fill out the SMPS Check Request Form for reimbursement.
